Candle-pouring workshop led by Bath House Aromatherapy where guests make their own organic soy and beeswax dough bowl candle, with a complimentary wine for over-21s.
Bath House Aromatherapy is hosting a candle making party at Armature Works - Show + Tell on Wednesday, October 21, from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. It's a hands-on workshop where you make your own candle from start to finish, so you don't need any prior experience to walk in and get something done.
The process is straightforward: you'll work with a natural soy and beeswax blend infused with natural fragrance oils. Everyone makes their own handcrafted organic wooden dough bowl candle, and you get to choose your scent from a dozen different natural fragrance options, so you can tailor it to whatever you're into. When you're finished, you take the candle home, along with a complimentary oil diffuser. If you're over 21, there's a glass of wine included too.

The whole thing takes place at Armature Works, which is a landmark of Tampa's Heights District. The venue itself is a restored historic streetcar barn right on the Hillsborough River, and it's home to a waterfront food hall, restaurants, rooftop bars and event spaces. Since the workshop is in the Show + Tell space, you're right in the middle of it all, and you can easily hang out at the food hall or grab a drink before or after. The address is 1910 North Ola Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602. The workshop runs from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21.
