Fashion and charity gala with red carpet, DJ, fashion exhibition by Roc My Clutch, silent auction and raffle benefiting Joshua House.
Bowties & Clutches returns to the Rialto Theatre on Saturday, December 19, from 7 PM to 11:59 PM. It's the signature fashion and style party from The Fashion Movement, and the name tells you exactly how to show up: guests come dressed up and accessorized with bowties and clutches. The night is a Creative Loafing critics' choice award winner that has raised funds for Joshua House — a safe haven for abused, abandoned and neglected children — for 15 years.
Inside, the evening runs with an all-inclusive open bar, appetizers and desserts, a live DJ, and a red carpet entrance with photo ops. There's also a 360 photo booth, a raffle and a silent auction. This year, The Fashion Movement is presenting the night with a fashion exhibition by the Roc My Clutch brand and a Sip & Paint experience by Nomadic Fete Art, so you'll have a few things to look at and do between the drinks and the dancing.

If you're planning to go, keep the dress code in mind: the whole point is to lean into the bowties and clutches, so it's a night to actually get dressed up. The Rialto Theatre is at 1617 North Franklin Street in Tampa, and the party runs from 7 PM until midnight.
