Body Mind Spirit Celebration

The Body Mind Spirit Expo returns to Tampa on November 14 and 15, taking over the Florida State Fairgrounds for its 2026 edition. This year it's running under the theme Toward Wonder, which the organizers describe as a journey toward whatever nourishes the soul. They call it the Festival of ALL Things Holistic, and that's a fair summary: it's a big gathering of booths, workshops and conversations centered on healing, discovery and magic.

If you're into the more hands-on side of things, there's a lot to dig into. The workshop and reading lineup includes Jennie Martin, Sylvia Darigis, Megan, Veronica Lopez, Dawn Ressel, Jeff Ginter and John T. Long. Between them, they're covering a wide range of ground: awakening inner guidance, chakra work, crystal healing, psychic mediumship, Falun Gong, highly sensitive people, the Medicine Wheel, cartomancy, henna symbols and palmistry. You can pick and choose the sessions that actually interest you rather than trying to do it all.

Beyond the workshops, there are a few specific things to look for. There's a 'Dreamscape Escape' room to wander through, and a stage presentation called About Dreams! that fits right in with the dream theme. And throughout the weekend, you can get a holistic reading if that's your speed. Between the booths and the sessions, it's the kind of event where you can spend a few hours just browsing or settle in for the whole weekend.

The expo runs Saturday from 10 AM to 6 PM and Sunday from 10 AM to 5 PM at the Florida Center East, 4800 US Hwy 301 N, Tampa, FL 33610—attendees enter through the MLK Gate. Admission is $12, discounted to $11 if you get it in advance. Parking is an additional $10, cash only, so keep some on you for that.
