AI PARA EL AGENTE PRÁCTICO

Sarai Morales and Luis Rivera are hosting AI para el agente práctico at Stewart Title Company in Tampa on Friday, October 23. It's a one-hour in-person class conducted in Spanish, put together by the Sarai Morales Collective, and it's aimed at real estate agents who want to start using artificial intelligence in their day-to-day work.

The session is built around five specific projects they've mapped out for an agent's workflow. There's AI CEO for handling priorities and pending tasks; Lead Generation & Conversion for bringing in and closing new business; AI Social Media Manager for keeping up a presence online; Listing Marketing for getting properties in front of people; and Control and Continuity to keep everything running. Rather than just talking through these, the class works through a practical case: the AI proposes the work, and the human verifies the data, adjusts the tone, and decides on the next steps.

Everyone walks away with a few things to keep using after the hour is up. You'll get a guide to those five projects, a set of reusable prompts, a seven-day action plan, and a weekly review checklist. It's designed to be something you can actually implement on Monday morning, not just a demo you watch and forget.
