Candlelight tribute in which the Listeso String Quartet reimagines the songs of Coldplay and Imagine Dragons.
The Listeso String Quartet is bringing a tribute to Coldplay and Imagine Dragons to The Link Auditorium on Friday, October 30. It's a candlelight concert, which is exactly what it sounds like: the room is lit by candles, and the quartet reimagines songs from both bands live on strings. It's not a performance by the bands themselves—the show isn't associated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the artists or their representatives—so you're getting the string quartet's take on their material rather than the original recordings.
The venue is part of the draw here. The Link Auditorium was designed by Theodore Link and built in 1908 for The Wednesday Club, a women's education and social club in the Central West End. These days it serves as a learning center and event space for concerts, programs, and art exhibits. The address is 4504 Westminster Place, St. Louis, MO 63108.
