The story picks up after the fall of the Empire. The bounty hunter Din Djarin and his apprentice Grogu are working to protect the New Republic, and the plot centres on a mission to recover Rotta the Hutt. If you've followed the series, you'll recognise the two of them together, and this is their story continuing in a new setting.
Pedro Pascal returns as Din Djarin, and the cast includes Sigourney Weaver, Jeremy Allen White and Jonny Coyne. It's rated 12A, so it's a family-friendly one that works for Star Wars fans and younger viewers alike. The film is 132 minutes long, which is just over two hours.
There are two screenings to choose from over the weekend: Saturday 27 June at 14:15 and Sunday 28 June at 14:20. Both are afternoon sittings, so they fit easily into a Saturday or Sunday without taking up the whole day. It's a paid cinema screening, so you'll need to book your tickets in advance.
