Le Navet Bete bring Oh Zeus! to MAST Mayflower Studios from 9 to 13 February 2027, a five-day run in the heart of Southampton. It's a mythological farce from the Exeter-based comedy company, who've been doing physical comedy and storytelling since 2008.
The play is written and directed by John Nicholson, an Olivier Award-nominated writer, and it takes the Greek gods and turns them into a comedy. The story follows Zeus, King of the Gods, as he tries to disrupt the wedding of his daughter Hebe to a mortal. It's a high-energy show that leans into the chaos of the gods rather than the solemnity of the myths.
