Screening of the third Harry Potter film at Showcase Cinema de Lux in Southampton's Westquay shopping centre.
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is screening at Showcase Cinema de Luxe in Southampton's Westquay shopping centre from 11 to 17 September. It's the third film in the franchise, directed by Alfonso Cuarón and adapted from a darker, more complex book than the two that came before it.
The story picks up in the summer before Harry's third year at Hogwarts, when he finds out that Sirius Black, a renegade wizard and the Prisoner of Azkaban, has escaped and is coming after him. It's a shift in tone from the first two films, blending dark humour and spectacular effects with the performances of a young Daniel Radcliffe, and with screenwriter Steven Kloves returning to the script.
