A calm and mindful Sunday watercolour workshop led by Viktoriia Bezugla, where participants learn to paint autumn mushrooms using warm seasonal colours.
Viktoriia Bezugla leads a watercolour workshop at SeaCity Museum on Sunday 18 October, from 10.30am to 1pm. The theme is autumn mushrooms, and the session is part of the Sunday painting programme run by Southampton Cultural Services.
Bezugla is a fine artist and teacher, and she'll be guiding the group step by step through new techniques and processes. The focus is on using warm autumn colours to paint a portrait of mushrooms inspired by the changing season, so you'll be working with a palette that fits the time of year. She describes it as a calm and mindful workshop, and it's open to both beginners and more experienced participants, so you don't need to be a seasoned painter to join in. It's for adults and young people over 16.
