Sky Bet Championship match between Sheffield United and West Ham United at Bramall Lane.
Sheffield United take on West Ham United at Bramall Lane on Friday 4 December, with kick-off at 8:00pm. It's a Friday night game, so it's one of those that works as a proper start to the weekend rather than something you have to squeeze in around a Saturday shift.
The match is part of the Sky Bet Championship, the second tier of English football, and it's a round 19 fixture. That puts it just before the Christmas rush, when the schedule usually gets a bit chaotic. For the home side, it's a professional club based right here in Sheffield, and they'll be playing on their own ground, Bramall Lane, which is the home of the Blades.
If you've followed the two sides over the years, the head-to-head record leans towards the visitors. West Ham United have three wins to Sheffield United's one, with three draws between them. That means the Hammers have come out on top more often than not when these two meet, so the Blades will be looking to turn that around on their own turf.
