Concert by Yung Gravy with Terror Reid at Showbox SoDo, all ages to enter, 21 and over to drink.
Yung Gravy plays Showbox SoDo on Tuesday, December 1, as part of The Joyrider Tour, with Terror Reid joining him on the bill. The show starts at 8 PM.
If you've followed Gravy since he first popped up on SoundCloud in 2016, you've seen him move from a niche internet presence to a platinum artist. He's got four platinum and ten gold singles to his name and more than 7 billion streams, so he's coming into this tour with a fair amount of ground covered. The sound he's built around is a mix of soul and oldies, sampling styles from the 1940s through to the present and pairing those nostalgic melodies with heavy trap drums. He delivers it all in a baritone voice that critics have compared to Barry White.
