Night of wine tasting with dozens of wines, appetizers and live music at the Mount Baker Clubhouse, with a 21+ door policy.
The Mount Baker Community Club is hosting a wine tasting at the Mount Baker Clubhouse on Saturday, October 10, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. It's a straightforward setup: dozens of wines to sample, appetizers to keep you going, and live music playing in the background. Each ticket covers unlimited tastings, so you can work your way through the bottles without counting pours.
There's a practical side to the night, too. You'll have the chance to pre-order bottles at event-only prices, so if you find something you really like, you can secure a bottle to take home. It's a 21+ door policy, and you'll need to show ID to get in.
Knowing a bit about the venue helps put the night in context. The Mount Baker Community Club and its Clubhouse have been at the heart of the Mount Baker neighborhood since 1909, bringing neighbors together through community meetings, events, programs, and a free newsletter. Membership is free to anyone who lives, works, or goes to school in Mount Baker, and the club relies on donations to keep its work going. The organizers make it clear that ticket purchases go directly toward supporting the community programs the Clubhouse offers.

Tickets are $30 for general admission and $30 for advanced tickets. If you want to get in early, there's an early entry ticket for $35 that lets you in at 6 PM, and it's $40 at the door. The tasting itself runs from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.
