George Watsky performs his album x Infinity alongside a synchronized projection of its accompanying film, celebrating the project's tenth anniversary.
Watsky is playing SIFF Cinema Egyptian on Monday, October 12, as part of his x Infinity anniversary tour. It's not a standard concert: he's performing the album x Infinity in its entirety, with a synchronized projection of the accompanying film running alongside him. The tour marks the project's tenth anniversary.
If you're not familiar with the record, x Infinity came out in 2016 and was paired with a visual album of 18 interconnected music videos. This show brings those two halves together in one room, with the music and the film playing in sync. It's a full run-through of the whole thing from start to finish.
George Watsky, who goes by Watsky, is a multidisciplinary artist from San Francisco who's built a following over six studio albums and years of international touring. He's not just in music, though. His debut essay collection, How to Ruin Everything, was a New York Times bestseller, and during a COVID fundraiser he set a Guinness World Record by freestyling for 33 continuous hours. His work has touched film, television, and Broadway, and he was a 2026 Sundance fellow for his debut feature, which is currently in development. This tour is a return to one of his earlier records, ten years after it first came out.

The show is at SIFF Cinema Egyptian in Seattle, starting at 7 PM. Since it's a cinema, the visual side of the night—that synchronized projection of the 18 music videos—gets as much space as the performance itself. Tickets are available through Do206.
