Washington Men's Basketball takes on Southern Utah at Alaska Airlines Arena on Saturday, Dec. 13, at 3 PM. It's part of a basketball doubleheader at the arena on Montlake, which is coming off a major transformation for the 2025-26 season. If you haven't been in a while, the changes are pretty noticeable: new pro-style chairback seats run up to Row 20, and the Husky Pep Band has moved out to the concourse. The food and drink options have been refreshed, too, and they're served in reusable cups with reusable lids. Behind the scenes, there's a new state-of-the-art Husky Basketball Training Facility, with the Big Ten studio opening in Spring 2026.
The fan experience has a few new traditions this year. The Dawg Pack brings 300 purple pom-poms to every men's home game, and there's a 'Minute of Madness' right before tipoff. The 8-Minute Mingle is back for its second year, and all tickets are Tap-and-Go, so you just use your phone to get in. There's also the 'We Win, You Win' offer: buy tickets for any home game, and all following home game tickets are $25 as long as the Huskies' win streak stays alive.
