If you're not familiar with the name, Thundercat is the stage name of Steven Bruner, a cornerstone of the Brainfeeder label. He's put out The Golden Age of Apocalypse (2011), Apocalypse (2013), and the EP The Beyond / Where The Giants Roam, which gave us the modern classic 'Them Changes'. He also released Drunk in 2017.
He's as much a collaborator as a solo artist. He sat at the creative center of Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly and won a Grammy for his work on 'These Walls'. Alongside Flying Lotus, he composed an original score for an episode of Donald Glover's Atlanta, won the Grammy for Progressive R&B Album, and contributed an original song to the reboot of the anime he took his name from, Thundercats.

Comedy is a big part of who he is, too. He counts Dave Chappelle, Eric Andre, and Hannibal Buress among his friends, and that sense of humor usually carries through to his stage presence. The show starts at 8 PM.
