Live music night featuring SuperMother, The Noble Manes, and Orchard Ladder at The Sunset Tavern, a strictly 21+ venue.
SuperMother are playing The Sunset Tavern on Friday, October 9, and they're using the night to mark the release of their new single, "Braindead." The track comes off their forthcoming album Staring at the Wall, and it's the first new material they've put out since the Moth EP back in 2023, which was built on funky, groove-inducing rock. The duo consists of guitarist-vocalist Skyler Mehal and drummer William Mapp, and they're known for an energetic, cathartic live show that lets the two of them drive the whole thing.
They aren't the only ones on the bill. The night also features sets from The Noble Manes, moody, prog-leaning rockers, and Orchard Ladder, a twangy pop-punk artist. Between the three, you'll get a good range across the evening: SuperMother's groove-heavy rock, The Noble Manes' prog leanings, and Orchard Ladder's twangy pop-punk.
