Rittz presents his Before the Drop tour with Jay Fiddy and Vic Daggs II at Hidden Hall.
Rittz brings his Before the Drop tour to Hidden Hall on Sunday, November 1, with Kung Fu Vampire, Jay Fiddy, and Vic Daggs II on the bill. It's a full night of rap, with the openers warming up the room before Rittz takes over.
If you're not familiar with the name, Rittz is a rapper from Gwinnett County, just outside Atlanta. He grew up in a musical house with parents who loved rock and roll, and he was rapping by twelve, taking his cues from early Rap-A-Lot records and Outkast. From 1995 to 2003, he fronted a group called Ralo and Rittz, which he dubbed "the white Outkast."
After a rough patch around 2003, he came back into the spotlight in 2009 when Yelawolf featured him on "Box Chevy" from Trunk Muzik. He followed that with the mixtape Rittz White Jesus and has been writing and recording ever since. Four acclaimed albums and tens of millions of streams later, he parted ways with his longtime home, Strange Music, and went through a period of substance abuse and financial hardship. He's since launched his own company, CNT Entertainment, and put a crown on everything he's doing, starting with his new LP, Put A Crown On It.

That new record is what he's touring now, and the Before the Drop tour is the vehicle for it. He'll be joined by Kung Fu Vampire, Jay Fiddy, and Vic Daggs II, so there's plenty of music on the bill before he hits the stage. The show is at Hidden Hall, 400 N 35th St, Seattle, WA 98103, on Sunday, November 1, starting at 7 PM.
