Realization Process/Family Constellation Workshop

Sono Hashisaki leads a series of workshops at Ballard Homestead this fall, starting Tuesday, October 13. It's a three-part sequence that runs through November 10 and December 8, with each session going from 6:30 to 9:30 PM and doors opening at 6 PM. The workshops combine two distinct practices: Realization Process attunements and Systemic and Family Constellations. The idea is to use them together to help you attune to your own inner strength and find a sense of stillness and balance, working within a collective group to deepen the flow of love in your relationships.

Over the course of the sessions, the work touches on a few different angles. You'll look at identifying the tensions you've been holding, the family and systemic influences that often sit behind life's challenges, and how to reconnect with your body, your ancestors, and nature as resources. It's a slow-moving process that asks you to look at where you're stuck and where you can find a way through.

Sono Hashisaki has been studying Realization Process with Judith Blackstone since 2010 and is a senior teacher of the practice, certified in Embodiment, Meditation, Healing Ground, Advanced Trauma Repair, Advanced Therapy, and Stillness Moving. She's also a certified Systemic & Family Constellations facilitator, trained by Brigitte Sztab and Francesca Mason Boring. The sessions are open to all ages, and kids 10 and under are free at Abbey Arts events.

It's a sliding fee from $50 to $100, with sales tax included. You can register online or pay by cash, check, or Venmo at the workshop. The sessions run Tuesdays, October 13, November 10, and December 8, 6:30 to 9:30 PM, at Ballard Homestead, 6541 Jones Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98117.
