San Francisco rapper Lil Pete performs live at The Crocodile in Seattle as part of his Real Is Back Tour.
Lil Pete is playing The Crocodile on Thursday, October 8, as part of his Real Is Back Tour. He's a San Francisco rapper, born LaPrell Gilton, and he makes introspective hip-hop that blends melodic flows with trap rhythms. If you're not familiar with the name, you might know the songs: "In This Life" and "It Ain't Shit" are two of his better-known tracks.
His catalog goes back a few records, with Hardaway and MONEYBAGZ among them, and REAL IS BACK is one of his most recent. He's also worked with Lil Yee and 03 Greedo, so there's a bit of a West Coast thread running through his circle. The Seattle date is presented by Live Nation.
