Father of Peace performs live at Neumos as part of their The Year Of Madness & The Mystery Century Tour.
Father of Peace play Neumos on Sunday, December 6, as part of The Year Of Madness & The Mystery Century Tour. It's a single-bill night, so they're the only act on the bill.
If you're not familiar with them, the band formed in 2023 when childhood best friends Avshalom Ariel (vocals and guitar) and Tom Bollig (vocals and drums) teamed up. May Alpert joined on vocals and bass in 2025, and that's the trio that'll be on stage. They call their sound 'SUNCORE' — raw, explosive and melodic, and built to be experienced as much as heard. It's a term they've coined themselves, so the best way to get a sense of it is to hear it live.
Their catalog has grown steadily since they started. You'll find the singles 'No Complaints', 'Enemy', 'Bluish' and 'Persian' alongside the album The Year Of Madness, which gives the tour its name. The Seattle date is one stop on The Year Of Madness & The Mystery Century Tour, and they've built a following around a mystical and magnetic social media presence that's grown alongside the music.
