Concert by American Americana singer-songwriter Dan Rodriguez at The Triple Door.
Dan Rodriguez plays The Triple Door on Saturday, November 7, in the Rabbit Box. He's a soulful Americana singer-songwriter from Minnesota, and this is a headline set.
Rodriguez grew up in the suburbs of Detroit and moved to Minneapolis at 18 to study music. He built his career there, and these days he lives on a homestead with his wife and three homeschooled sons. He's played festivals like Americana Fest, Summerfest, Rock Boat, Mile of Music, and the 30A Songwriters Festival, and has shared the stage with The Civil Wars, Andy Grammer, Eric Hutchinson, Matt Nathanson, NeedtoBreathe, Augustana, Tyrone Wells, Haley Reinhart, Jon McLaughlin, Will Hoge, Drew Holcomb, and Sister Hazel.
His songs have found their way into television shows, commercials, and films. Among them is a Budweiser Super Bowl ad featuring "I'll Be Waiting," as well as Miller Lite NFL commercials. He released the album 25 Years in 2018, and he calls his latest record, Wander, his favorite work.
