Stand-up show by Erica Rhodes, former @midnight panelist and America's Got Talent finalist, at Laughs Comedy Club.
Erica Rhodes is playing Laughs Comedy Club on Friday, October 16, starting at 7 PM. She's coming to Seattle fresh off a run on the 2024 season of America's Got Talent, where the judges didn't hold back on the praise: Jeff Foxworthy called her "the best-defined comic voice of the competition," and Sofia Vergara called her "the best comedy act she has ever seen on AGT."
If you haven't caught her before, you've probably seen her without realizing it. She's appeared on Modern Family, Veep, and New Girl, and was a regular panelist on Comedy Central's @midnight and Fox's Punchline. Her standup has popped up on Late Night with Stephen Colbert, NBC's Bring the Funny, and the CW's Howie Mandel Comedy Extravaganza. She was also chosen as a New Face for the 2018 Just for Laughs Festival.
Beyond the screen and the stage, there's a fair amount of voice and audio work in her credits. She starred in the ABC Digital series The Off-Season, performed on NPR's A Prairie Home Companion, and appeared in the Audible series Dr. Katz: The Audiobook. She also voices "Dotty" in the Netflix animation A Tale Dark and Grimm. On the recording side, her albums Sad Lemon and Ladybug both hit #1 on the iTunes comedy charts, and her one-hour special La Vie en Rhodes aired as part of the Tribeca Drive-In Fest on Amazon Prime.
