Catch Your Breath are a hard rock band from Austin, Texas. Vocalist Josh Mowery fronts the group, with guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan, and drummer Onell Hernandez rounding out the lineup. They've built their sound around a mix of synth soundscaping, imaginative production, and refined songwriting—the kind of approach that lets them lean into the heavier side of rock without losing the melodic hooks.
