A 60-minute candlelight concert with a string quartet performing iconic music from The Boss, held in the historic Central Library.
Candlelight: Tribute to The Boss comes to the Seattle Public Library - Central Library on Sunday, November 22, 2026. The Seattle String Quartet takes the stage for a 60-minute set of music from Bruce Springsteen, played under the glow of thousands of LED candles. It's part of the Candlelight series, which brings live music to a variety of venues around the city.
If you're not familiar with the Central Library, it's the eleven-story glass-and-steel landmark downtown at 1000 4th Avenue. It opened in 2004 and was designed by Rem Koolhaas and LMN Architects. Inside, it houses a Books Spiral, a Red Room, and a 275-seat auditorium. The Candlelight series also plays at other intimate Seattle spots like the Arctic Club Hotel, the Museum of Flight, and the National Nordic Museum, and offers a Candlelight Photo add-on if you want a professional shot of the night. The concert isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Springsteen, his estate, or his official representatives.
