Candlelight: Tribute to Fleetwood Mac

Candlelight: Tribute to Fleetwood Mac comes to the Seattle Public Library - Central Library on Friday, December 4, at 6:30 PM. It's part of the Candlelight concert series, which brings live classical and popular music tributes to intimate Seattle venues, all lit by thousands of LED candles. The Range Ensemble - Seattle will be the group on stage, reimagining Fleetwood Mac's songwriting for a string quartet.

Fleetwood Mac's catalog is wide, and this tribute pulls from the songwriting of Mick Fleetwood, Stevie Nicks, Christine McVie, John McVie, and Lindsey Buckingham. Rumours is the album most people think of first, and it's mentioned as one of the cultural touchstones the show draws from. The set lasts about an hour, so it's a relatively short evening rather than a full-length concert.

If you're planning to bring kids, there's a minimum admission age of 8. There's also a photography add-on called 'Candlelight Photo'—formerly 'Snapshot by Candlelight'—if you want a professional shot from the night. Tickets start at $48.50.
