Indie-rock trio Bad Suns perform live at The Showbox in Seattle.
Bad Suns play The Showbox on Thursday, January 28, 2027, at 8 PM. The Los Angeles indie-rock trio formed in 2012 around frontman Christo Bowman on vocals and guitar, with Gavin Bennett on bass and Miles Morris on drums. They went viral almost immediately with a sound that blended indie rock with an '80s synth sheen.
Their debut, Language & Perspective (2014), peaked at #24 on the Billboard 200. The follow-up, Disappear Here (2016), landed them tours with The 1975 and Halsey and slots at festivals like Coachella; NYLON called it "the sort of rock that we just never get enough of."

After the 2023 EP Infinite Joy and a US tour supporting The Band Camino, they released Accelerator, which Rolling Stone hailed as their most compelling work in nearly a decade. Bowman wrote the album opener "Slow Karma" at a personal crossroads: he turned 30, got married, and found out he was having a child while recording. The show is at The Showbox, 1426 1st Ave, Seattle, WA, starting at 8 PM.
