We Touch Grass brings their anime rave to Spin Nightclub on Friday, October 9, right in the middle of Comic-Con weekend. It's run by Touch Grass Entertainment, the crew that's been taking these anime raves across the country, and this one lands at 2028 Hancock Street in San Diego.
The music is exactly what you'd expect from the name: J-pop remixes and anime OSTs reworked into club bangers. It's the kind of set that works whether you're a deep-cut anime fan or just there for the beat. The crowd is usually a mix of people who've spent the day at panels and cosplayers who've been on their feet since the convention floor opened, and the whole thing is billed as the night the cosplay breathes and the bass hits different.
