Oktoberfest celebration on the Bahia Belle with beer, bratwurst, stein-holding contest, live polka music and DJ in Mission Bay.
Bahia Belle Cruises is taking Oktoberfest out onto the water on Friday, October 9, with a party cruise through Mission Bay. The celebration happens aboard the William D. Evans, a sternwheeler boat that carries the Bavarian theme away from the dock and out into the bay.
There's a cash bar on board pouring beer and cocktails, and the food stays on the savory, Bavarian side of things. You'll find a bratwurst station and giant pretzels served with mustard dip and beer cheese. The night mixes tradition with a party vibe: a classic beer stein holding contest, live polka music, and a live DJ playing the latest hits, plus a photo booth on board to document the whole thing.
