Concert by Phora, a deep underground hip hop and rap artist, at Music Box SD.
Phora plays Music Box SD on Sunday, November 29, 2026. It's a single-act bill, so he's the only one on the lineup that night. He works in deep underground hip hop and rap, and this is a standing-room show.
If you're not already familiar, Phora is known for that melodic, introspective side of the underground—the kind of rap that leans more on mood and songwriting than on high-energy club beats. It's the sort of set that works as well if you're there to really listen as it does if you're just out with friends on a Sunday night.
The show is at Music Box SD, 1337 India Street in Little Italy, right in the heart of San Diego. Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM, so you've got a good window to get in, grab a drink, and find your spot before he takes the stage. Since it's a standing-room event, getting in early is the best way to make sure you're where you want to be.
