Electronic music producer Mersiv performs with support from Seth David at FIT Social, presented by LED Presents.
Mersiv plays FIT Social on Saturday, November 28, with support from Seth David. The show is presented by LED Presents.
Mersiv is a Denver-based producer who's built his following around a signature 'Pretty Dark Loud' sound. Since 2015, he's focused on immersive soundscapes constructed from deep low end and high-impact production—the kind of music that's meant to be felt as much as heard. He also heads MorFlo Records, the label he runs alongside his own production.
If you're not familiar, that 'Pretty Dark Loud' description tells you a good bit about what to expect: the 'pretty' comes from the melodic, atmospheric textures; the 'dark' is the mood and the weight; and the 'loud' is the low end that carries the whole thing. It's bass music that leans into the immersive side of things rather than just the dancefloor side, and that's exactly what he's bringing to San Diego.
