A five-course Napa Valley-inspired dinner with Hess Persson Estates wine pairings at ARLO.
ARLO at Town and Country Resort is hosting a five-course wine dinner on Thursday, October 15, featuring Hess Persson Estates. The whole night is built around a Napa Valley theme, with each of the five courses paired to a different Hess Persson Estates wine.
The menu runs through a few distinct stages. It opens with Diver Scallop Crudo, then moves into Butter Poached Maine Lobster. The main course is Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Beef Tenderloin, and the meal finishes with Toasted Mocha Cake. Since each course comes with its own pairing, you'll work your way through five different labels from the estate over the course of the evening.
