A dance party for women and gender-expansive folks focused on joy, kindness and connection, with resident DJs spinning the night.
Earlybirds Club is hosting a dance party at Music Box on Saturday, October 17, from 6 PM to 10 PM. It's a night for women and gender-expansive folks, and the name tells you exactly what the deal is: it's a dance party for ladies with shit to do in the morning. The whole idea is to party early, go hard, and still make it home in time to crash like a responsible adult.
Resident DJs spin the music, and the night is run by ambassador Kristin Claire Ascher, a classically trained dancer and certified yoga teacher who moved to San Diego in 2012. Since then, she's focused on bringing women together through music, movement, and community. The parties are framed as safe spaces with a judgment-free dance floor built on joy, kindness, and connection, so it's the kind of room where you can just dance without worrying about who's watching.
There's also a charitable side to it: 10% of ticket proceeds go to the Susie Lee Legacy Fund, which supports nonprofits that uplift women, gender-expansive people, and the communities that need it most. So your ticket does a bit more than just get you through the door.
