Grammy nominee Young Miko brings her Late Checkout Tour to San Antonio, performing hits from her album 'Do Not Disturb'.
Young Miko plays the Freeman Coliseum on Thursday, October 22, as part of her Late Checkout Tour. It's a big one for her: the tour covers 11 countries across 31 dates, making it her most ambitious run to date and her first-ever arena tour. San Antonio is one of those stops.
She's coming off the release of her sophomore album, Do Not Disturb, which debuted at No. 3 on Spotify's Top Albums Debut USA and No. 4 globally. It also landed on Billboard's Top Latin Albums chart. Two of the tracks, "WASSUP" and "Likey Likey," have done particularly well, picking up critical acclaim and going viral. Those are the kinds of songs that usually end up as the high points of a live set, and they'll be right in the mix of the new material she's bringing on the road.
Beyond the new record, there's a bit of a moment behind the name. Young Miko is a GRAMMY nominee, and this tour is her first time stepping up to the arena level, so the Freeman Coliseum fits the scale of where she's at right now. If you've been following her since the early stuff, this is the first time you'll see her playing rooms this size.
