Free outdoor evening market with local vendors and artisan makers along the San Antonio River Walk in the Pearl district.
Pearl is hosting its Wednesday Night Markets every week through the autumn, with the current run stretching from September 16 through November 25, 2026. It's one of San Antonio's most beloved traditions, held in the heart of the Pearl district along the San Antonio River Walk.
The setup is simple: local vendors and artisan makers set up their booths under the lights, with a row of outdoor food stalls running alongside them. It works best as a walkable evening out, with the whole thing set against Pearl's iconic architecture. You can spend an hour or an entire night drifting between the stalls, and since it's outdoors and open-air, it's as much about the atmosphere as it is about the shopping.
Because it runs every Wednesday, you don't have to worry about picking the perfect date. If you're free this week, you can head over; if not, there's another one next week. It's a steady presence throughout the fall, so it's easy to fit in whenever your schedule allows.
Every week we pick 🏆 the 5 best 🏆 things to do in San Antonio and send them to your inbox. Just one weekly email, no spam.

Once this run wraps up on November 25, the tradition continues into December with the Holiday Night Market. That one brings in specialty vendors and a holiday atmosphere geared toward family outings, catching up with friends, or a seasonal date night. For now, the Wednesday Night Markets run from 5 PM to 9 PM, and it's free to attend.
