A Halloween masquerade ball with candlelight, signature cocktails, formal attire and a costume contest.
The Blood Moon Masquerade takes over the Hard Rock Cafe in San Antonio on Friday, October 16, from 7 PM to 11 PM. It's a Halloween masquerade ball, and the dress code is a big part of the night: formal attire and a mask. The organizers describe it as an evening of mystery, decadence, and gothic romance that unfolds as the moon rises crimson and the veil between elegance and darkness grows thin. The tagline they're running with is 'One night. One moon. Endless secrets.'
Inside, the night is built around candlelight, signature cocktails, and a costume contest. There's also a photobooth on site, so you can document the evening in your formal wear and mask. The whole thing is an 18+ event, and check-in is on the street level starting at 7 PM.
