Free, beginner-friendly, low-impact yoga class with gentle stretching and dynamic mobility exercises for all ages and abilities, held on the second Saturday of each month.
Reset & Recovery Yoga is back at The Tobin Center on Saturday, Nov. 14, as part of the Wellness at the Tobin series. It's a 60-minute, beginner-friendly, low-impact class that pairs gentle stretching with dynamic mobility exercises to help with flexibility, balance, and range of motion. The session is led by Mobile Om, and they offer modifications for all ages and abilities, so you don't need to be a seasoned yogi to join in.
It's one of several free public experiences the Tobin is hosting this year through Wellness at the Tobin, a series sponsored by H-E-B and University Health. The lineup this season pulls in a bit of everything: dynamic fitness classes, gentle mobility sessions, high-energy dance cardio, and mindful yoga. The whole thing runs on a volunteer model—the center looks for wellness and fitness instructors to lead one class a month free of charge for the San Antonio community.

On a regular month, the class happens on the second Saturday from 10 AM to 11 AM at the Will Naylor Riverwalk Plaza, 100 Auditorium Cir, 78205. If the weather turns, it moves inside to the McCombs Grand Lobby, though space there is limited. You'll want to bring your own yoga mat or towel, wear comfortable stretchable clothing, and pack some water. Parking is free in the surface lot at the corner of 4th Street and Auditorium Circle. The class is free.
