A 60-minute Mindful Flow Yoga session led by Mobile Om, part of the Wellness at the Tobin community programme.
Mobile Om leads a session of Mindful Flow Yoga at the Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza on Saturday, October 24, from 10 AM to 11 AM. It's a 60-minute class, and it's part of the Wellness at the Tobin series, which runs on the fourth Saturday of every month.
If you haven't come across it yet, Wellness at the Tobin is a series of free public experiences sponsored by H-E-B and University Health, all built around healthy living. The lineup changes from month to month, so it's not just yoga: you'll find dynamic fitness classes, gentle mobility sessions, high-energy dance cardio, and mindful yoga. There's something here whether you're looking to energize, unwind, or just find a bit of balance. The Tobin Center frames the whole thing as part of its commitment to providing a welcoming space for cultural, educational, and artistic enrichment, and for enhancing the quality of life in the San Antonio community. It's open to all ages and abilities, and the series also invites passionate wellness or fitness instructors to share their expertise and lead one class a month.
This particular session is outdoors at the Will Naylor Smith River Walk Plaza, weather permitting; if the weather doesn't cooperate, they'll move it to an indoor location to be announced. You'll want to bring a yoga mat or towel, comfortable stretchable clothing, and water. Free parking is available in the surface lot at the corner of 4th Street and Auditorium Circle.
