A family holiday event featuring a breakfast buffet, photos with the Grinch, holiday music, colouring pages and festive activities at the Hard Rock Cafe.
Breakfast with the Mean One comes to the Hard Rock Cafe - San Antonio on Saturday, December 12, from 9 AM to 11 AM. It's a family holiday morning built around the Grinch: photos with the character, a breakfast buffet for all ages, holiday music, coloring pages, and a party favor for every child. PJs or festive attire are encouraged, though not required, and mimosas and Bloody Marys are available for purchase for adults 21 and over.
The venue is the Hard Rock Cafe on the River Walk, at 111 W Crockett St #210, and it's a bit of a time capsule of music history. Inside, you'll find Ozzy Osbourne's black velvet jacket, Eddie Van Halen's Charvel guitar, and a piece of the original stage Selena Quintanilla performed on. The cafe holds up to 600 guests, and the adjacent South Bank on the River Walk can take another 2,500. The Rock Shop sells music memorabilia, and the brick wall was spray-painted by Aerosmith during the 1995 groundbreaking ceremony. The whole place sits along the River Walk, which is often called the number one tourist destination in Texas, with three floors of patios overlooking the river and the slow-moving tourist barges that drift past.
