Blue October (Foiled 20th Anniversary Tour)

Blue October play the Boeing Center at Tech Port on Saturday, December 12, as part of their Foiled 20th Anniversary Tour. It's an all-ages, seated show, so you can bring the kids along. Opening for them is special guest Jess Woodland.

The tour is built around Foiled, the album that broke through for them, and this date marks twenty years since it came out. If you've got a favorite track from that record, you'll hear it here. It's a seated event, which is a bit different from the standing-room crowds you usually find at these kinds of shows, and the all-ages tag means you don't have to worry about an age limit at the door.

If you're looking to do more than just catch the set, there's a VIP meet & greet Soundcheck Experience that runs at 5 PM, well before the main doors open. General tickets went on sale March 27 at 10 AM local time, with a limited number of pre-sale tickets available before that. The venue asks that you buy your tickets through their own website or box office rather than from unauthorized secondary-market sources.

Before you head out, keep a couple of things in mind. The Boeing Center has a clear-bag policy: you can bring one clear bag up to 12" x 12" x 6" or one wallet-sized bag up to 8" x 5". And if you're picking your own seats, be aware that some have obstructed views: Section A, Rows 1-6, Seats 1-7; Section C, Rows 1-6, Seats 18-24; and Section 3, Rows A-C.
