2026 Directors Choice

Directors Choice is coming to the Wonder Theatre at Wonderland of the Americas on Sunday, December 6, 2026. It's a theatrical production staged at the Wonder Theatre, which is located inside the Wonderland of the Americas mall in San Antonio.

The show runs at 3 PM, so it's a matinee rather than a night out. If you're planning to head that way, the theatre is at 4522 Fredericksburg Rd, Ste. A-90, in Balcones Heights. It's tucked inside the mall, so you can easily pair the show with some shopping or a meal before or after.

It helps to know a bit about who's putting this on. Wonder Theatre is a non-profit organization that focuses on creating opportunities for the community around it by providing quality, entertaining, educational, and affordable programming for all ages. They describe their mission as sustaining the tradition of theatre, supporting local artists, and encouraging young adults to get involved in the arts. That's the kind of organization that keeps a local stage active, giving neighborhood performers a place to work and audiences a reason to come in.

So, if you're looking for a Sunday afternoon plan, you've got Directors Choice at the Wonder Theatre at Wonderland of the Americas on December 6, starting at 3 PM.
