Final round of the 2027 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, with qualifying, FanFest, opening ceremonies and the main event.
Monster Energy AMA Supercross comes to Rice-Eccles Stadium on Saturday, May 15, 2027. It's the 17th and final round of the 2027 Monster Energy AMA Supercross Championship, which is part of the larger Monster Energy SMX World Championship. The day's lineup includes Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence, Haiden Deegan, and Jo Shimoda.
It's a double bill: the main event shares the track with the Dave Coombs Sr. East/West Showdown, where the 250SMX Eastern and Western divisions go head-to-head. This season also brought in a Triple Crown format across three rounds that rewards consistency, and four themed races—two St. Jude Love Moto Stop Cancer rounds with specially designed racing gear and fundraising, and two Military Appreciation events.
The day starts early. Qualifying and FanFest run from 10 AM to 4 PM, and that's where you can go behind the scenes to meet the riders, check out the bikes and team areas, and walk through interactive exhibits and live entertainment. Opening ceremonies follow at 4:30 PM, and the main event gets underway at 5 PM. The whole thing wraps up by 8:30 PM.

If you're planning to hit FanFest, keep in mind that everyone age 2 and up needs a ticket, and it has to accompany a main event ticket. Between the qualifying, the FanFest, the ceremonies, and the racing, the stadium is active from 10 AM to 8:30 PM.
