Weekly trivia night held at West Street Dog with team drafts, free play and three 10-question rounds.
West Street Dog is starting up its Monday night trivia tradition in Glenwood South, with the first round kicking off October 12. It runs every Monday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM through December 28, so it's a good one to drop into whenever you're around on a Monday evening.
The night is built around three 10-question rounds, and the themes change every week, so you'll get a different mix of topics each time you go. There are prizes for the winners of each round, and you can play as part of a team or just on your own. It's free to play, and draft beers are $5 all night.
If you haven't been, West Street Dog is a bit of a hybrid: it's a daytime dog-care center and boarding facility that doubles as an off-leash dog park, with a bar attached for owners to hang out in while their dogs run around. The park and the bar both open at 4 PM and run until 8 PM, and it costs $5 to enter the park if you bring a dog. So if you've got a pup, you can let them burn off some energy in the park and then settle in for trivia.
