Album release show by Crimson Steel with special guest James Rivera at Chapel of Bones in West Raleigh.
Crimson Steel are celebrating their new album at Chapel of Bones on Saturday, October 17, with special guest James Rivera. It's an album release show, so the night centers on the new record.
James Rivera is a heavy metal veteran, best known as the vocalist for Helstar. He's also fronted Flotsam and Jetsam and Vicious Rumors, so he brings a long history of power and speed metal to the bill. He's performing under the name Sabbath Judas Sabbath, and the lineup lists Knightmare, Aittala, and Lilith Rising alongside him.
The venue is Chapel of Bones, a multi-use space in West Raleigh that books a wide range of events. On any given week, you'll find live metal shows and burlesque alongside yoga sessions, karaoke nights, art popups, independent films, and community gatherings. The bar serves coffee, cocktails, wine, and craft beer.
