An immersive live experience by Vanny Preem that fuses punk and dembow, celebrating his EP 'CARNIBOYS' and his connection to the Raleigh community.
Vanny Preem brings CARNIBOYS: Saint's Homecoming to Kings on Saturday, October 10, his final Raleigh headlining show of 2026. The night is built around his latest EP, CARNIBOYS, and the local community that shaped his journey. It's a homecoming in more than just name: Preem, the creative alias of Evan Bonilla, was raised here, and this is his last time taking the stage as a headliner in the city this year.
The show is part of his wider CARNIVAL universe, a blend of rap, punk, rock, and Caribbean influences. The soundscape stretches from experimental and trap to grunge, electronic, punk, and dembow, and the set will pull from that range. It's not just a concert, either—it's an immersive experience that asks the audience to step into the environment. Guests are encouraged to turn up in the project's signature all-white-and-orange attire, an idea that grew out of a previous CARNIBOYS listening event at Newsagents. Masks and costumes are welcome, too.
Preem isn't playing alone. The lineup includes MUDA!, FiNE$$E THA PHANTOM, R9UEVE, and Coberzz, so there's a full bill leading up to the main set. Between the multiple openers and the dress code, it's a long night rather than a quick stop.
