Victorious Festival

Victorious returns to Southsea Common on 27, 28 and 29 August 2027, taking over the August Bank Holiday weekend. It's a seaside festival right here in Portsmouth, and it's grown into something quite a bit larger than where it started. It began as the Victorious Vintage Festival back in 2012, and since then it's expanded to more than 200 acts and performers across the three days.

Beyond the music, there's a comedy tent, plenty of places to eat and drink, and market stalls to wander through. If you're looking for a bit more than the standard ticket, there are Hideaway and Garden upgrades, a mobile locker for your things, and an official festival app to keep track of who's playing where. It's built as a family-friendly experience, so it's as much for taking the kids along as it is for a proper weekend of music.

There's a charitable side to it too. Victorious in the Community supports local charities and gives part of the ticket-sale proceeds to the D-Day Museum. That ties into another perk: the D-Day Story is open free to ticketholders throughout the weekend, so you can fit a visit in around the stages. The festival also picked up Major Festival of the Year at the 2024 UK Live Awards.

It's three days of music, comedy, and food on the common, running from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 August 2027.
