The Bon Jovi Experience, a live rock tribute show endorsed by Jon Bon Jovi, brings a high-energy stadium rock extravaganza to Portsmouth.
The Bon Jovi Experience play Kings Theatre on Thursday 17 September, bringing their Bon Jovi tribute to Portsmouth from London's West End. It's a high-energy rock 'n' roll show built around the band's biggest hits, and it's the only Bon Jovi tribute endorsed by Jon Bon Jovi himself.
Frontman Tony Pearce leads the band through a set that leans on the songs most people know by heart: 'Livin' on a Prayer', 'Always', 'It's My Life', 'You Give Love a Bad Name' and 'Bad Medicine'. The whole thing is designed to recreate the spirit of stadium rock, so it's more of a singalong than a sit-down affair. The band has been doing this for more than 32 years, and they describe the show as a high-energy rock 'n' roll extravaganza.

It's a West End production, so it's a polished, full-band set rather than a small pub tribute. If you're going with a crowd, there's a group discount: groups of ten or more get £5 off per person. Tickets start from £18.50, and the show runs for about two hours and twenty minutes, starting at 7:30pm.
