Supernova is described as an explosive production that blends art and innovation, with Kuzmin at the heart of it. He worked with Jason Gilkison, a BAFTA-winning choreographer, to put the show together, so there's a fair bit of professional weight behind the choreography. The whole thing is built around Kuzmin's presence on stage โ his charm, power and charisma are what they're pitching it on, and he's the one leading the night.
It's a full evening of dance rather than a short set, with the show running for about two hours. The Kings Theatre is over in Southsea, at 24 Albert Road (PO5 2QJ), so it's an easy enough spot to get to if you're already around that end of town. The performance starts at 19:30, and tickets start from ยฃ24.50.
