Screening of the 1968 psychological horror film Rosemary's Baby, directed by Roman Polanski, as part of the PAM CUT film series at the Portland Art Museum.
Rosemary's Baby screens at the Whitsell Auditorium on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 2 PM to 4 PM. Roman Polanski directed the 1968 psychological horror, and Mia Farrow stars as a young mother who discovers her neighbors are part of a satanic conspiracy. It's widely considered one of her best performances.
The screening is part of PAM CUT @ The Whitsell, a month of haunting classics at the Portland Art Museum's cinema. The Whitsell Auditorium, tucked into the museum's downtown campus on the South Park Blocks, was for decades the home of the Northwest Film Center's screenings. As part of a major campus expansion, it was fully renovated and reopened in January 2026 as the flagship room of PAM CUT (Center for an Untold Tomorrow). It's a roughly 290-seat venue that serves as the downtown companion to the museum's Tomorrow Theater on SE Division.
