Nick Rochefort and Scuffed Realtor

Nick Rochefort and Alex Schultz bring their live house review and comedy show Scuffed Realtor to Dante's on Thursday, October 15. The premise is straightforward: the two of them go through houses submitted by viewers and offer their take on them, mixing in antique expertise and life advice along the way.

Rochefort is a founding member of the comedy troupe Million Dollar Extreme, co-host of Perfect Guy Life with Sam Hyde, and the host of the YouTube real estate investment livestream Scuffed Realtor, which this live show takes from the screen to the stage. He also co-created the Adult Swim hit World Peace and was an original club kid alongside Michael Alig; on the side, he's an avid antiques dealer and owner of ChamonixHouse.com. That background in antiques is where the "expertise" part of the show comes from.

Schultz is a Jewish/Latino filmmaker and LGBTQ creator known for sharp, surreal, unfiltered humor and the stand-up specials Helen Keller and 100% Canadian. He's the one Rochefort performs with on the show, so the night is as much about the two of them working together as it is about the houses they're reviewing.

Doors open at 7 PM and the show starts at 8 PM at Dante's, 350 West Burnside Street in downtown Portland. Tickets are $41.69, and the night is for ages 21 and up.
