Metalcore band Emmure performs at the Hawthorne Theatre as part of the Suicide Silence Reminders of Hell Tour.
Emmure play the Hawthorne Theatre on Wednesday, December 9, as part of Suicide Silence's Reminders of Hell Tour. They aren't the only ones on the bill that night: Suicide Silence headlines, and Angelmaker and Synestia fill out the rest of the lineup. It's a full slate of metal for one evening, with four bands sharing the stage.
Emmure come from Brooklyn, New York, and are fronted by vocalist Frankie Palmeri. They describe their sound as a propulsive blend of aggression and intensity delivered in a straightforward style, something they say they channel from their upbringing in Queens. That particular approach has earned them a loyal following in the metal community and a dedicated fan base. The current lineup consists of Palmeri, Josh Baby J Miller, Joshua Travis, and Phil Lockett.
Since they're part of a tour, they'll be sharing the night with three other acts. Suicide Silence leads the bill, and Angelmaker and Synestia round out the lineup, so it's a long night of music rather than a single set. If you're only there for one of them, you'll still get a few other bands to work through before the headliner takes the stage.
